AlanCHADWICKSadly passed away at home, Sunday 5th May 2024 aged 80 years.

Beloved Husband of the late Rita.
Loving dad to Richard, Karen and Helen.
A doting grandad and great grandad.

A service for Alan will be held at the Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby, Wednesday 22nd May at 12.30pm Family flowers only please but any donations, if so desired, may be left as you leave the chapel for Macmillan Cancer Support.
